An accountability site is only as credible as the fixes it dates in public. This is the open register of every correction we have made: what changed, when, and where it lives.

No corrections to date. When a figure changes or a wording is sharpened, the change will be logged here with its date and a plain-English description. This page is intentionally empty until then. We will not invent history to fill it.
How we handle corrections
Figures are lifted verbatim from primary sources: official statutory rates and audited filings, recorded in one place so an annual refresh is one edit. When a source updates, we update the figure, log the change here with the date, and the affected pages' dateModified advances accordingly.
